solid control 500GPM drilling mud tanks
drilling mud tank system is a combination of complete solid control equipment. It divided into different models, which widely used in oilfield site, HDD site and CBM site. It is convenient transportation and installation. The standard equipments are shale shaker, desander, desilter and centrifuge one by one, additional a mud tank with some sand pumps and agitators.
TR drilling tanks are used to storage or recycleing the drilling slurry. The muds have passed a series of treatment to the mud tanks in the end. precoating is accomplished by circulating a slurry of filter aid and clean liquid from a slurry tank through the filter press and back to the tank. The purpose of the mud tanks are to give additional clarity to the filtrate, prevent blinding of the filter cloth, and to facilitate the dropping of the decanting.
